The 12 Week Jumpstart Small Group Program is a group coaching program that runs for 12-weeks online. This program will jumpstart your weight loss journey where we focus on changing how you think about yourself and your body and the side effect is losing those first 10+/- lbs in a sustainable way.

This program is designed to serve 20 highly motivated and committed women over 40 who have been struggling with their body for years (possibly even decades).

We’ll meet weekly with live virtual calls held on Wednesdays at 4:00 pm ET / 3:00 pm CT / 1:00 pm PT and will be recorded. Calls start September 16th.

Be prepared to commit for the full 12-week period.
