I’ve been in the weight loss and fitness industry since 2002. I taught the dieting mentality. I lived it. And what I know now...without question...is that mindset must come first, especially for women in perimenopause and menopause.

Elizabeth’s Story: 40 Years of Dieting to Food Freedom
In this episode, I sat down with Elizabeth, a former weight loss client who found me through the “Weight Loss for Women Over 40” podcast at age 55.
She’s now 57...and for the first time in her life, she’s no longer struggling with her weight.
A Lifetime of Dieting
Elizabeth grew up in the 70s and 80s...peak diet culture.
Like so many women over 40, she:

By her 40s and 50s, she was exhausted.
